Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp GRIND PURE Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp GRIND PURE Sabzi Masala
  • 1 tsp GRIND PURE Coriander Powder
  • Fresh coriander to garnish
  • Salt to taste

Method

    Heat the oil and sauté the chopped onion until soft.

    Add the tomato and cook until mushy.

    Add the potatoes and cauliflower florets; toss well.

    Sprinkle all the GRIND PURE spices and salt.

    Cover and cook on low heat until the vegetables are tender.

    Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti.
