Aloo Gobi
Potato and cauliflower tossed in everyday masalas — a homely, satisfying dry sabzi.

Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp GRIND PURE Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp GRIND PURE Sabzi Masala
- 1 tsp GRIND PURE Coriander Powder
- Fresh coriander to garnish
- Salt to taste
Method

Heat the oil and sauté the chopped onion until soft.

Add the tomato and cook until mushy.

Add the potatoes and cauliflower florets; toss well.

Sprinkle all the GRIND PURE spices and salt.

Cover and cook on low heat until the vegetables are tender.

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti.
