Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, boiled and cubed
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp GRIND PURE Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp GRIND PURE Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp GRIND PURE Sabzi Masala
  • Fresh coriander to garnish
  • Salt to taste

Method

    Heat the oil and crackle the cumin seeds.

    Add the green chilli and sauté for a few seconds.

    Add the boiled potato cubes and toss well.

    Sprinkle GRIND PURE Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder and Sabzi Masala.

    Toss on medium heat for 5-6 minutes until lightly crisp.

    Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
